The Japanese superhero manga series My Hero Academia is written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. Since July 2014, it has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump, with its chapters further collected as of September 2020 into 28 tankōbon volumes. The tale follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy born in a world where they have become normal, but who still dreams of being a superhero himself, without superpowers (called Quirks).
